"If you purchased the base Witcher 3 and season pass (or expansions) separately on PS4 and never got around to claim each expansion from the store, you might be prompted to purchase the expansions again. For owners of the Game of the Year edition, this issue should not affect you.
In case this happens to you, all you have to do is go to The Witcher 3 tab on your PS5, click on the 3 dots and change to the PS4 edition of the game. After that, check the store page for that edition, scroll down to the add-ons section and claim your expansions.
