I can see from your e-mail that you'd like a refund for your recent purchase of Destiny Silver from PlayStation Store.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer a refund for purchases made on PlayStation Store unless the content is found to be defective, the fact it can only be used on a PS3 version rather than a PS4 version does not qualify for this as it is up to the developer to decide what content their in game content can be used on and when you choose to purchase you would have been prompted to check what platform the content was for.
During the process of making your purchase and reaching the checkout, we explain that completion of the purchase is a request for immediate delivery of the digital content and that, accordingly, as permitted by law, no "cooling off" period / cancellation right applies.
