Kako si nalupao toliki CHD? HSD mi je tu negdje, ali CHD mi je duplo manji (aj sa striker bonusom cu doc na 158%, ali opet premalo).
E da i pitanje jedno za ludi_milesio21 , pricao si o tom debuffu za Savage Gloves, ali mi to nije najjasnije. Ovako ja imam 50,5% Crit Chance kad sam u full healthu (Vicious), a 37% kad nisam, no ajmo za primjer uzet da sam u full healthu. Tu treba sad nadodat i 14% od Savage koji se aktivira u ionako 99% slucajeva posto nitko ne stoji u coveru. E sad ocu li ja dobit samo 9,5% od Savage dok ne dostignem cap ili svih 14% posto pa imat cak 64,5% Crit Chance. I jos jedno pitanje posto imam Precision Talent s kojim dobivam dodatnih 12% Crit Chancea kad nekog headshotam jel se to isto stacka?
Po mojim izracunima i ako se sve to stacka ja kad headshotam NPC-a/agenta i upalim pulse (na njemu 20%Crit Chance) i u full healthu ja mogu imati cak 96,5% Crit Chance?!? Neka me netko molim vas obraduje s dobrim vijestima i kaze mi da je to moguce.

ovako , savage rukavice i puno talenti su debuffovi sto znaci da povecava i radi apply tog efekta koji imas samog na metu u koju gadas, nije obicni self buff koji ti dize statove(neces to vidjeti na sheetu ) te nikad neces vidjeti debuff jer se on apply-a na metu, isto tako kao i puls kad puknes, povecavas CC ( critical chance ) na metu koju gadas i mete koje je oznacio.
Vicious nemoj ni racunati ako ne koristis overheal,adrenaline talent jer 1 metak i gubis to , taj talent ti dize dps kao sto si vidio ali on jako brzo bude ugasen , to je self buff dize samo tebi dps i uvijek moras gledati da si na punom hpu, zato tipa adrenaline talent ili Vigorous chest i booster shoot i hrpa SP-a, ali nebitno za to sad.
Precision talnet ti daje bazni mod pulsa 12 cc i 24 chd i radi iskljucivo s jednom metom ili koliko si ih pogodio u glavu ali samim time dize i cijelom timu i ostalim igracima oko tebe posebno za tu jednu metu (debuff je to ).
Savage rukavice ce ti uvijek dati svih 14 % CC-a ali je to debuff tako da se ne racuna u sheet i soft capp sto se tice ITEMA je 60 % vise od toga neces vidjeti na sheetu.
sto se tice zbrajanja moze se reci da si upravu jer to mozes i vidjeti koliko ti orange brojeva skace dok pucas te s dobrim pulsom si da imas,ajmo reci 100 % CC jer ces to vidjeti po brojevima i boji.
valjda si skuzio, ako nisi pojasnim ti opet malo bolje kad dodem kuci u partiju da ne pisem previse

About CHC, Pulse, and the Soft Cap of 60%
Lot's of people have been asking about the 60% CHC cap, and the pulse. So far, from other's and my experience, it looks like, that you CAN exceed the soft cap of 60% with Pulse, since it doesn't give you a buff, but the enemy gets a debuff. So feel free to reach the 60% cap, just dont get more CHC on your items than 60%, because its the waste of the potential of your gear.
About Precision (Headshot pulse) + Pulse-Tactical Scanner
It only gives you the Pulse Bonus Damage vs scanned if your Pulse is active (orange on the skillbar). But, if the Pulse is active, and you "mark" a new enemy with a headshot, it gives you the bonus. However, it seems, that it gives you a small buff on its own (again, its a debuff on the enemy, not shown in your stats).
