Starting next year Unreal Engine will no longer be free for non-game dev uses. So anyone who picked it up for concept art, mograph, archviz etc. they plan on moving back to a seat-based licensing system. Free ride is over. Just announced at Unreal Fest 2023. Licensing pricing details will follow later.
