To bi mogla biti godina upgradea kod mene.
Trenutno mi se ne isplati nista novo kupovati, jer mi jedna stvar povlaci drugu, pa na kraju dodem do vise od 60% mijenjanja kompa.

Pa s grafičkom bi mogao početi. Jer ne mijenjaš ništa drugo osim nje. Najzahtjevniji upgrade je CPU, jer onda ide i nova matična, pogotovo ako radiš generacijski skok.

Nova graficka bi mi povukla i novo napajanje (sad imam 450W), a pitanje je da li bi trenutni procesor (Phenom II X4 960T) mogao nafilati novu graficku.
Bio sam u prilici nabaviti R290 Tri-X (mislim da nije bila X, nego obicna), ali sam odustao. jer bih morao uzeti i napajanje.
Mislim da cu pricekati iducu godinu i vidjeti kako ce se stvari odvijati.

S sadasnjom konfom mogu peglat HS i Diablo 3 kao i do sada

Ma rasprava je u redu, pričamo o grafama.  :) Mislio sam da si odmah uzeo 550W pošto imaš taj CPU.

Dovoljan je 450W.
U vrijeme kad sam kupovao komponente bio je na akciji, pa mi se nije "isplatilo" ici na jace napajanje.
Inace da nisam totalni offtopic.
Trenutno imam HD6870 1GB. Driveri su 13.12

Nakon godinu i nesto druzenja sa 290 tri-x od toga skoro godinu izvrsnog,vratio sam se na nvidiu i tu ostajem.Nazalost nemogu vise nikome preporucit amd grafe jer su jednostavno nedovoljno azurni u izdavanju drivera i to pogotovo sa single gpu optimizacijama.
Zao mi je samo sto me taj amd izlet skupo kostao......

Bog u svom kompu ima Intel/Nvidia combo.  :)

Malo sam se popravio sa Gtx 780 Windforce x3 OC :) Iduce ciljam na gtx 980 samo dok im se cjene iznormaliziraju.....

GTC 2015: Nvidia's next-gen GPU Pascal will be 10 times faster than Maxwell

NVIDIA’s Pascal GPU architecture, set to debut next year, will accelerate deep learning applications 10X beyond the speed of its current-generation Maxwell processors.

NVIDIA CEO and co-founder Jen-Hsun Huang revealed details of Pascal and the company’s updated processor roadmap in front of a crowd of 4,000 during his keynote address at the GPU Technology Conference, in Silicon Valley.

“It will benefit from a billion dollars worth of refinement because of R&D done over the last three years,” he told the audience.

The rise of deep learning – the process by which computers use neural networks to teach themselves – led NVIDIA to evolve the design of Pascal, which was originally announced at last year’s GTC.

Pascal GPUs will have three key design features that will result in dramatically faster, more accurate training of richer deep neural networks – the human cortex-like data structures that serve as the foundation of deep learning research.

Along with up to 32GB of memory — 2.7X more than the newly launched NVIDIA flagship, the GeForce GTX TITAN X — Pascal will feature mixed-precision computing. It will have 3D memory, resulting in up to 5X improvement in deep learning applications.  And it will feature NVLink – NVIDIA’s high-speed interconnect, which links together two or more GPUs — that will lead to a total 10X improvement in deep learning.

Mixed-Precision Computing – for Greater Accuracy

Mixed-precision computing enables Pascal architecture-based GPUs to compute at 16-bit floating point accuracy at twice the rate of 32-bit floating point accuracy.

Increased floating point performance particularly benefits classification and convolution – two key activities in deep learning – while achieving needed accuracy.

3D Memory – for Faster Communication Speed and Power Efficiency

Memory bandwidth constraints limit the speed at which data can be delivered to the GPU. The introduction of 3D memory will provide 3X the bandwidth and nearly 3X the frame buffer capacity of Maxwell. This will let developers build even larger neural networks and accelerate the bandwidth-intensive portions of deep learning training.

Pascal will have its memory chips stacked on top of each other, and placed adjacent to the GPU, rather than further down the processor boards. This reduces from inches to millimeters the distance that bits need to travel as they traverse from memory to GPU and back. The result is dramatically accelerated communication and improved power efficiency.

NVLink – for Faster Data Movement

The addition of NVLink to Pascal will let data move between GPUs and CPUs five to 12 times faster than they can with today’s current standard, PCI-Express. This is greatly benefits applications, such as deep learning, that have high inter-GPU communication needs.

NVLink allows for double the number of GPUs in a system to work together in deep learning computations. In addition, CPUs and GPUs can connect in new ways to enable more flexibility and energy efficiency in server design compared to PCI-E.

AMD je na proizvodnom procesu od 28nm uspio napraviti skok dostojan kompletno novog, manjeg proizvodnog procesa. Čak mi se čini da se sa HBM karticom sa 4GB VRAM-a može bez problema ispratiti aktualna generacija konzola (ako vam 1080p @ 60 fps u najvišim detaljima zadovoljava apetite). Jedino ostaje pitanje dobavljivosti tih kartica, pogotovo u HBM verziji.

HBM će biti mainstream ili već je. Nvidia dobiva prava na tech početkom 2016. tako da je to pred vratima.

AMD announced their Radeon Rx 300 series line-up just now via an event in Los Angeles that was live-streamed on Twitch.

The R7 300 series is the Radeon R7 360 for entry-level online gaming (as low as $109 USD) and Radeon R7 370 for $149.The Radeon R9 300 series is made-up of the Radeon R9 380 at $199+, Radeon R9 390 at $329+, and Radeon R9 390X and $429+.

The Fiji-based GPUs are under the Fury marketing name as has been known for a while now. The Fiji GPUs boast the much talked about High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and are AMD's most complex yet efficient GPUs to date. The Radeon R9 Fury X is geared for 4K and 5K gaming and is 1.5x performance-per-Watt over the Radeon R9 290X. The Radeon R9 Fury X is water-cooled while the Radeon R9 Fury is air-cooled. The Fury X has 8.9 billion transistors and has a 275 Watt TDP.

The Fury X will start being sold later this month for $649+ while the Fury will sell in July starting for $549. The R9 Nano and a dual-Fiji GPU will come later in the year.

The Radeon R9 Nano is another new, very small graphics card with Fiji HBM all in a six-inch size while delivering 2x the performance-per-Watt performance of the R9 290X.

R9 Fury X detalji:

The flagship is the $649 R9 Fury X, which launches on June 24. At that price, it is pitched directly against Nvidia's GTX 980 Ti. It features 4096 stream processors—a huge jump over the 2816 stream processors found in the R9 290X—"up to" 1050MHz core clock, 256 texture units, 64 ROPs, HBM memory with 512 GB/s of bandwidth, a 67.2 GP/s pixel fill rate, and a six-phase VRM (voltage regulator module), which AMD claims is ideal for overclocking the card. We don't yet have UK pricing, but it'll probably be around £550.

Znači u Hrvatskoj cijena R9 390 slična 970? Sad još samo mroam pričekati najavu release datea 390 i 390x , jer nema šanse da si nabvavim Fury.
