Neki dan sam imao istu situaciju. Prije mjesec dana napravio preorder za Fallout76 na The Game Collection, platio PayPalom i odmah su mi uzeli lovu s računa. Mislio sam da je s tom kupovinom završeno, da bi me u ponedjeljak kontaktirali s TGC-a kako ne mogu procesuirati narudžbu, odnosno povući lovu s mog računa i da mi otkazuju narudžbu. Kontaktirao sam PayPal i oni kažu kako je banka (također Zaba) odbila izvršiti isplatu, što je pomalo zbunjujuće s obzirom da je ta lova odavno odlepršala s mog računa. Evo ti njihov odgovor u cijelosti:

Kažu da bi mi lova trebala sjesti nazad u roku od 3-5 dana, no za sada mi ništa nije sjelo. Idući preorder plaćam karticom jer očito ovo autoriziranje novca preko PayPala i puno kasnija isplata ne prolaze sigurnosne provjere kod Zabe te ih ona automatski blokira.
