Control is a supernatural action-adventure with a memorable cast of characters and the kind of twisted story you expect from Remedy and from our Creative Director, Sam Lake. Our heroine Jesse Faden’s troubled past has led her to New York, to a huge concrete skyscraper known as the Oldest House. Within lies the headquarters of a secretive government agency known as the Federal Bureau of Control.
At Remedy, we like to say that things go horribly, horribly wrong. And for Jesse, they really do: the Bureau is invaded by the otherworldly Hiss, a force that corrupts everything in its way and kills the Director of the Bureau. Through mysterious, ritualistic events, Jesse becomes the new Director of the Bureau and has to take on the Hiss with her newly enhanced supernatural abilities. She also has something called the Service Weapon, a special, supernaturally enhanced gun that only the Director of the Bureau can use, which can change form at her will.
If you dig deeper into Control, you will find a gameplay-driven experience that is far less linear than our previous games. A big part of this is the setting of the game, the Oldest House, which you can glimpse in the trailer. The HQ of the Bureau is a strange place of power, a building that is vastly larger in the inside than the outside would lead you believe, with a shifting floorplan, filled with secrets for you to find as you explore this mysterious place in an almost Metroidvania-like way.
Despite her abilities, Jesse won’t have it easy in her new role as the Director. Control is going to be a challenging game, so you are going to have to make use of both your destructive supernatural abilities as well as the transforming Service Weapon to fight back the Hiss. We want to give players a lot of choice on how they approach combat in our gameplay sandbox.

I hear you, i nisam načisto da bi bila tako dobra igra da ju je radio Remedy. No to su priče što bi bilo kad bi bilo.: )

Naravno da se ovdje priča o Max Paynu.. Meni osobno prvi dio najbolji, no kako rade novi ip želim da ne failaju ko što su sa Quantom Brejkom.. Baš me zanima kaj spremaju
Volio bih od njih vidjeti možda malo manje pucačku igru, a više (klasično) avanturističku. Mislim da bi u takvim okvirima mogli više toga riskirati, a kako imaju smisla za storytelling i dobar level dizajn, vjerujem da bi dobili nešto vrlo dobro.
Remedy je napokon potvrdio da će otkriti svoju sljedeću igru, trenutno kodnog imena P7, na ovogodišnjem E3-u.
Ovo je prva Remedyeva igra nakon Max Paynea 2 da će doći i na PlayStation, iz opisa na njihovoj stranici je jasno da će biti u njihovom klasičnom stilu:

As noted by VG247, Remedy are looking for a Game Designer (World Systems). “Do you design challenge systems that are so moreish your players plan their week around them?” asks the listing. “Have you already designed the next Battle Royale? Are you always among the first to find Xur?”
The lattermost point certainly points to Destiny, and that thought is backed up by a few other details in the description. They want someone designing systems that can “keep players engaged and the community buzzing,” as well as leading the “creation of compelling, innovative online game modes.” This future employee will also need to “share knowledge and keep the team updated on trends and areas for innovation in the connected-gaming space.”
